Refund & Cancellation
If a client is not medically approved, treatment charges are not processed. All consultations, memberships, medical visits, and fulfilled prescriptions are otherwise non-refundable once services begin or medication is processed. Memberships may be canceled with 30 days' notice prior to the next billing cycle. Prescription decisions are based solely on provider discretion and medical eligibility. Individual results vary. Clients must follow treatment plans and remain active in their program to qualify for any applicable progress guarantee terms.
